NEW - Peanut League For Boys & Girls 3-4 Years Old This fall, we will be offering a new league for 3 & 4 year old boys and girls. It's a lot of fun. Everyone hits; everyone runs the bases; no score is kept. It will be a blast! The first registration is May 10th. All players must be at least 3 years old by June 1st.
Evaluate Your Manager and Coach Online!
You can now submit an evaluation of
your team's manager and coach through this website! This is
a very important process because it allows the BAAB Board of
Directors to review the performance of our managers and
coaches -- thus providing you and your child with the best
experience possible. To evaluate your team's manager and
coach, go to your team's page by selecting your league from
the Baseball or Softball menus on the left and then clicking
on your team name. The link to the evaluation form appears
above the game schedule. It only takes a minute, but it's
one of the most important pieces of feedback you can provide
your association.

I Believe In Baseball
|
I believe hitting a round ball with a
round bat is the hardest thing to do in all of sports.
I believe that Roberto Clemente is the
patron saint of baseball.
I believe in the sacrifice fly.
I believe that pitchers should buy
catchers lunch.
I believe batting practice makes
perfect.
I believe Lou Gehrig's birthday should
be a national holiday.
I believe in the designated hitter.
I believe Tony Gwynn sleeps with his
bat.
I believe the squeeze play should be
taught in public schools.
I believe walls are hard.
No one is bigger than the game except
maybe Boog Powell.
I believe somebody, somewhere,
understands the infield fly rule.
I believe it's time to sing "Take me
out to the ballgame.."
I believe, even I, sign better than
Don Mattingly.
And I believe every player should have
a day off after two thousand, one hundred and thirty games.
I believe domed stadiums are
great...for tractor pulls.
And I believe the two greatest words
in the English language are
Play Ball!
Play Ball!
Play Ball!
Play Ball!
-- Nike ad, All-Star Game '95.
